FORMS

• This information form is used to collect client information. It can display different fields based on selected options, allows for adding instructions, and can include multiple stages. After the client submits the form, all the information will be sent to a specified email address.
• The contact form submissions will be directly added to a Google Sheets file, streamlining management processes.
• This is the timesheet used for attendance. Employees clock in and clock out, and after submission, Google Sheets will automatically calculate the daily and weekly hours worked.

CRM

This is a CRM built using Google Sheets, designed to manage contracts, projects, payments, and customer case tracking. The MAIN sheet manages customer case tracking, the “URGENT” sheet contains all urgent cases, the NEW sheet allows for the addition of new contracts or projects, the RECEIPT sheet is linked to the MAIN sheet and can record payments and generate PDF receipts, the CONTRACTS sheet contains contract types and pricing, and the PROJECTS sheet details the tasks and fees associated with each contract. All these sheets are interconnected.

Websites

The website français is designed for teaching beginner-level French, specifically for Chinese learners. You can log in with the username 'aa' and password 'aa'. The 'Expressions' section contains commonly used French sentences, each accompanied by expansions and explanations. The 'Taxi' section includes the lesson content and exercises for each class. This educational website integrates text, images, audio, and video, making it convenient for students to review lessons after class.
